We purchased the essential piece paperweight/trophy in order to recognize individuals who often keep their team focused and on track, but are rarely recognized for their efforts. This award was chosen because it fit within our budget. I wasn't expecting much in line of quality. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. It's heavy (like a paerweight should be) and of the highest quallity. The base was personalized to fit 3 lines and our company logo. I am extremely please with the product, the customer service I received when ordering it, and the time it took to reach my office (1 week). As I sidebar, we also order the essential piece and shooting star certificate bundles which topped off our award program! I will be using Baudville for all my future award and incentive needs.

We had 3 board members that were retiring from the board and we wanted a special recognition gift for their 6 years of service. This is a wonderful award that looks much more expensive that what it actually costs and will look great on a desk in an office or in a bookcase at home. We wanted something that was smaller and not a "traditional" looking award and this was perfect. I would recommend this to others for their own use as a way to recognize those that are an "essential piece."

I gave this award to an employee who always helps out and although not #1 is an integral part of the team. He really LOVED it and put it on his desk for all to see. He really enjoyed getting it and showed it off with pride! Everyone could see he was being recognized for being a great employee.
