I'm using these tokens as an incentive for volunteers. For each shift a volunteer works they get a token to put in a jar with their name on it. I made a catalog of different products from Baudville each one costing a different amount of tokens they can purchase. I also give them out for on the spot recognition.

The Team Tokens are a fun and easy way to recognize employees on a day-to-day basis. At our firm, the employee can redeem these tokens for gift cards and other prizes. The managers each have a supply to distribute at-will any time an employee deserves some special acknowledgment of a job-well-done. Highly recommend these as a morale booster around the office.
