I ordered this as a traveling team trophy. Shortly after presenting it to the first recipient, the metal stars fell off. It looks like they did not use enought glue to secure it. I sent a picture to customer service and they immediately replied back saying they were sending an entirely new trophy out! There was no hassel, no questions, just straight up great customer service. I hadn't planned to order anything else, but now look for reasons to give them my business.

Nice piece, but has a defect.
This piece is very nice, however they need to address the problem with the metal piece coming unglued. I had to return it twice, and finally I just glued it back myself.

My first day on the job I met an amazing trainer that I knew was destined for greatness. She told of us a story in our new hire orientation of a man that saved a starfish, and I couldn't believe that I found that same quote beautifully displayed.
