Grads really Make a Difference
By Campus Dining Services
from Columbia, MO
About 5 years ago as part of our reward and recognition program we decided that it was important to recognize students that were successfully balancing college life, and work through the time of graduation. We wanted to provide something they could carry with them into their careers, and help them remember all they gained while working with us. In looking at the Baudville products, we found the "Making a Difference Pen and Key Ring" set. Each of our student staff (and there are over 700) make a difference in our operations and in our success. And we hope that we are making a difference in each of thier lives as well. So the story on the tin just added the extra gift we wanted to share. These have been a perfect fit to help meet our goals for this program.

We have purchased the pen before but I decided I wanted to have them personalized. I figured that with the speed in which it was shipped that I would get stickers to put on myself but to my surprise and pleasure, each set was printed with the personalization. I am so pleased with this produck

This was given to the school secretary that opened the school. The school name and her name and dates of service were engraved on the case.

However, as an employer with just under 700 students we felt the desire to show them how much their service means to us and to our customers, and thus created a program to recognize our graduating seniors. Working while attending school is always a challenge and for those that can do both through graduation it really makes a difference to them, the younger students they model behaviors for and to our customers. The "Making a Difference" pen and key ring set just seemed to share the message that we wanted to launch these new professionals with.
