Holiday Shipping and Shopping FAQs

Can I have my gifts shipped to multiple locations?

Yes you can! You can learn all about our multi-ship process here.

What happens after I place my order?

This process will vary depending on whether you ordered stock or personalized products:

  • If you ordered stock products, you will immediately get an order confirmation email. From there, you'll be updated on the status of your order every step of the way; from when the order is picked, shipped, and delivered.
  • If you ordered personalized products, the process will be the same, but you will also receive a proof within 1-2 days of your order confirmation so that you can approve your custom items. During the holiday season, delays may occur.

When can I expect my order?

All stock products ordered before 3 PM ET are typically shipped the same day. All products that require personalization/customization will go into production after proof approval. Proofs typically take 1-2 days and products ship within 1-2 days of proof approval. During the holiday season, delays may occur.

*This excludes all Branded by Baudville products. Please see individual product pages for standard production times for these items.
**Large orders over quantities of 100 that are receiving personalization/customization will have longer production times.

How long does shipping take?

Orders shipped with standard shipping options arrive to your door between 5-7 business days after order for stock products and after proof approval for personalized items. Transit times may vary based on the selected shipping method and destination. Please note that carriers are experiencing delays due to COVID-19, and the closer it gets to the holidays, the longer those delays may be.

Can I track my order once it ships?

Yes! Your shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking number and link from the mail carrier so that you can track your package every step of the way. You'll also receive a confirmation email from us once your package is delivered.

Will Baudville deliver my items on time?

We know how important reliable delivery is to you, and we will do everything we can to deliver your order on time. Although we expect orders to arrive by their quoted delivery dates, with the global pandemic still at large, supply chain has been impacted to a point that it is extremely difficult to predict the impact of delays. If we anticipate that there will be a delay in delivery, we will be in touch proactively to keep you in the loop.

How can I best prepare for holiday shopping this year?

With port closings and staffing shortages nation-wide, we encourage all our valued customers to plan ahead and order early to help avoid out-of-stock products and extended lead times.
