I use this product to recognize staff members that exceed expectations in service. I present it in the presentation boards that can be purchased separately. It's an inexpensive way to show appreciation for a job well done and the staff really appreciate the recognition.

I like the variety to choose from
I purchased 10 pins for the people who helped with my Honors Board Award dinner/ceremony. One of the stars had a piece of metal hanging from a point. I called Customer Service and they [...] sent me another one. I am sorry to say that it also had a piece of metal hanging from a point. I needed 6 and so it worked out okay.
