I work in a client focused non-profit arena. This trophy was purchased out of the necessity of a small budget. But WOW - when they arrived they were beautiful and high quality. Hi, The product is used in our monthly staff meetings. One person recommends a person who has shown exceptional leadership. She is presented witht he trophy and holds it for one month. At the next staff meeting that person refers another person and so on. The item is nice and serves its function.
