Excellent Customer Service!
I ordered this item and it arrived within a few days. Unfortunately, the glass was broken when it arrived. I emailed Baudville right away asking how to return it and get a replacement. I received a response within 2 hours asking me to send a photo of the broken product. They immediately put a replacement in the mail and I received it the very next day. I was highly impressed with their responsiveness and quick resolution to my problem. The staff member who received this gift absolutely loves it! I will definitely purchase more!
