Just What I Had Been Looking For
We had a volunteer, the CEO of the company's mother who would make anything we requested. She made shower capes, clothing protectors and the list goes on. Wearing "Above and Beyond" pins proudly
We use the Above & Beyond pins at our quarterly Employee Open Forums to recognize an employee who has exemplified our core values and service standards. Managers have the responsibility to nominate staff, with our Service Excellence Team reviewing the nominations and selecting the recipient. Staff who receive an Above & Beyond recognition wear their pins on their lanyards at work. With only 4 pins awarded each year, it is a great honor! Baudv!lle has done a fantastic job on the pins!
