Professional and affordable!
We held an outdoor event for our managers/team leaders where the theme was "Teamwork" - with a focus on how each person is an important part of a team that succeeds together. This pin was perfect for our theme. The 20/pack pins are extremely affordable and are very cute. While the quality is not the greatest, any flaws on the metal are not really noticeable. The managers all wear it on our lanyards and it looks very smart. Lastly, because of the money I saved, I was able to buy small chiffon sachets from Dollarama to package them individually and still stay within my budget. It would be amazing if there was a better Canadian shipping solution - currently there is a shipping charge + 18% tax which pushed a lot of other products out of my budget. Thanks for a great product!

Perfect Pin
These pins were given to 92 students in our "A Piece of the Puzzle" performance. Our Peacemakers is a group of our third and fourth graders. It is Music with a message. These were given on the eve of their performance for families. Thank you so much to the woman who took my order. She was extremely helpful.

We used them to recognize the Volunteers that contributed with our Agency during the 2013-2014 School Year. Now we are planning on ordering more to recognize the great job of all our staff. Our department likes this item for recognition of training achievements. We present it along with a certificate when an employee successfully achieves a training milestone.

Nice affordable pins
Very cute pins, a great priced alternative to the "Essential Piece" cards that are also on the site. We used them at our annual department meeting along with an exercise where we gave each person a puzzle piece. When the puzzle was put together at the end of our meeting it showed our mission statement. We took a group photo with the finished puzzle, as a follow up after the meeting, each person was mailed a copy of the photo along with this pin. We created our own personalized "Essential Piece" card similar to the ones on the site.

Simple but effective
Great product... I had purchased lanyards with our company logo and the pin looked great on the lanyards... we had a company luncheon for Employee Appreciation Day and each employee was given the lanyard with the pin attached... The employee's really liked them... just a little something to express the company's gratitude for all of our employee's hard work.

Great Pin for Recognition
When staff suggests an idea that is implemented, but may not be associated with cost savings, these pins are great for letting them know that they are Essential to our organization and without their ideas, we cannot improve our processes. Staff like to wear them either on their clothing or on the lanyard with their badges. We have also used the "Making a Difference" pin.
