Great way to shake up a meeting!
We used this product during a recent team training in lieu of an 'Awards Night'. We encouraged the team to be generous with their praise from the beginning of the meeting - we had to make another board to hold all of the 'shout outs'. Many of our established employees commented how much they enjoyed this exercise vs voting on awards. During our daily wrap-ups, we read a few shout outs aloud and at the end of the meeting we did a drawing and gave out small prizes. My executive leadership was very impressed with the idea and took many pictures of the shout out board. Great product/quality for the price. I will purchase from Baudville in the future and will recommend the company to my fellow colleagues in leadership.
