I Love These Pins
I purchased these new pins for caregiver five and ten year anniversaries. They were much bigger than expected and worth the value. I had them engraved with the caregiver names which was a special touch. Love the little "diamond" added to this pin.

Nothing like the picture
The quality of this product is not close to what you imagine when you view the picture on the website or in any of the catalogs. Upon receiving this item, I realized the product shown in the picture was not the same item I received. I called Baudville immediately and talked with a representative who was rude and unhelpful. He told me I could pay to mail them back. Since these items were customized, I was afraid I could not return them, but after emailing Baudville, they helped me by giving me 20% off my order, which was more than the cost of the pins. I am glad they took care of me, but they promised they would update the picture with the current supplier's picture and they still have not. Be aware when ordering this item.
