The item was disappointing, the tin case was of poor light material. The pen inside did not have additional engraving or identifications on them. There were 2 damaged ones, it is not due to shipping. I would think for $32 it would be of better quality.

Product needs a little tweeking
I've utilized the USB part of the pen quite often since I've received it. However, I'm disappointed in the actual pen writing part. The writing tip is barely visible at the pen tip. this issue should be addressed. It seems to write well when you can get the tip to come out enough.

Unique teambuilding gift
I used this as an end of year celebration gift for a management team and everyone loved it. It's unique and the personalization shows the recipient that some real thought went into the gift selection. The only drawback is that no guidance is included as to how to obtain refills for the pen. When I called to ask, they obviously had no idea and just said "refills should be available through an office supply store". That's true, but without any brand or model number, I think it will take a fair amount of time to figure out, if it's possible at all. I'm quite sure no one will use the pen once it runs out of ink, so this is information I hope will be posted by Baudville if they continue to offer this item.
