The trophy is beautiful! It is a perfect gift for our volunteers who go above and beyond in their service. My only complaint is that it was very frustrating getting this set up. I wanted to get a design that I could order time and time again, so I was picky at first. I went back and forth with the designer a few times and then Baudville charged me extra for the design process. I was not informed that there was a limit to how many adjustments I could make. Even after I explained I wanted to order this trophy time and time again (I have ordered 15 already), they wouldn't drop the charge. Other than that, very happy with their services!
