Construction could be improved
I have purchased near 150 of these trophies over the past 10 years. While they are perfect for my intended use - I have had to return several of them because when they arrived, I found the star had become detached from the "S" - and not in a way that I could simply reattach it. Quite simply - while packed in a great molded form box, they had evidently broken in transit. That would not be so bad if you could get an immediate replacement, but this year I had to wait about 2 months to get replacements for 2 out of the 14 I had ordered. These trophies are pricey and because of the quality issue, this will be the last time I purchase these.

Nice Trophy - but fragile!
I have used this as a special award for Super Stars. Over several years, I have purchased about 100 of these trophies. Of those, 3 arrived with the star broken off the "S". This is a low number - but when you consider that it was purchased for a special event with award winner names affixed to the trophy - and additional awards were not in stock for immediate replacement - it was disappointing to me and the award winner to receive a broken award. It will be remedied - but long after the award was provided to our Stars.

Georgous
We used this award to acknowledge outstanding service by one of our suppliers. It was presented at a special dinner and was the hit of the night. The award looks very lux and made quite an impression.
