Employee Appreciation IS important
I used the tokens of appreciation in a team meeting. Everyone picked a token out of a hat. Looked at token and I said this is you. Then they exchanged token with the person to the left, and I again stated this is you. Then they exchanged with the person to the right, and I stated you are all of these and I thank you. ( I used all 5 token styles) Everyone loved them and most of them carry in their pocket everyday! It was a hit with the employees especially because we have the best employees in the children's dental field in Knoxville Tennessee. Western Heights Dental Rocks!

Great, fun product for recognition!
This has been a great tool for us to recognize each other as teammates. We have also used it in correspondance with an "individual" competition, where after you receive so many tokens, you receive an extra day's vacation.

The tokens are very well made and very colorful. The employees loved them. The only thing I was disappointed in was the fact that there was not a magnet on the back. I feel it would be better displayed on a wall rather than the envelope.
