Nice Recognition Idea!
This was a nice find as we were looking for something that recognized their contribution. We purchased both the puzzle and compass pieced. The compass seems to be better suited for the male leadership. Classy packaging is a huge plus should the want to display it. For the price, this was a good find.

Absolutely Stunning! Excellent!
The pin itself is absolutely stunning and loving - very well-designed. The little sashel it great and gives it the 'hidden treasure' effect. It is very classy looking. And of course, the label - Leading By Example - is my theme this year for my chapter so it matched perfectly. A GREAT BUY!!!
