Perpetual Plaque - Walnut

Create your own perpetual award plaque with this professional award system! The top portion of the walnut plaque comes engraved with your choice of one of 14 graphic sentiments and the option to add up to 3 lines of text under the graphic. On the bottom, 12 black blank nameplates are included to keep your plaque looking finished, even early into the year. When it's time to engrave a nameplate on the bottom portion, you can either order your personalized plate here or take the plaque into your local engraver to engrave the existing blank nameplates. Small nameplate screwdriver is included.
