FREE tracking information! Supply us with your email address when you place your order and we will send you a copy of your invoice along with the tracking information specifically for your shipment.

Shipping costs are dependent on destination and timeline provided by the customer. An international surcharge will be applied to all Canadian orders to handle duties and levies. Additional charges will be applied to other international orders.

For ground orders over $200 or for any order where expedited shipping are needed, please call 1-800-728-0888.

Rush Shipping
Rush shipping is available upon request. Additional shipping charges will apply to all rush orders placed after 6 p.m. EST. Charges for shipments outside the continental USA are subject to a surcharge. Shipping charge total will be calculated at the time the order is placed. Please call customer service at 1-800-728-0888 if you need your order rushed.

Delivery Times
All of our in-stock items ship the same day you order if your order is placed by 6 pm ET, Monday-Friday (except holidays). All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a weekday holiday will be shipped on the next business day. Engrave & Ship today items will be shipped out the same day if personalization is approved by 3pm ET, Monday-Friday. Delivery to the 48 contiguous states takes 2-5 business days. Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico takes 5-7 business days. We do not deliver to Post Office boxes.

We stand behind our products, period. If you need to return an unused product for any reason, we'll be happy to credit your account, exchange the item or give you a refund for the cost of the merchandise if returned within 30 days from the receipt of your order. Custom and personalized merchandise cannot be returned, you will receive a proof prior to purchase. This proof will need to be approved and signed before going into production. 

Simply follow the return instructions on the back of your packing slip; then send the merchandise and packing slip back to Baudville; it's that easy! We recommend that you return your package by a carrier that requires a signature (FedEx, UPS, or Certified US Mail). Please retain tracking information until credit has been received.

Please Note: Returns of custom (items with your logo or artwork) and personalized (items that have a nameplate or engraved names/awards on them) merchandise are not accepted unless authorized by a Baudville representative.
