When I received my order and removed it from the packaging, I noticed a chipped area on the bottom of the trophy as well as a visible fingerprint-like mark or smeared residue, which may be glue or another substance. The mark was noticeable immediately upon inspection and raised concerns about the quality control process before shipment. Given the secure packaging, it seems unlikely that the chip occurred during transit. I am disappointed that the trophy arrived in this condition and expected it to be thoroughly inspected before being packaged and shipped.
