The award was gorgeous and the recipient was stunned by it's beauty and thoughtful sentiment. The only thing I wish would have been quicker to do was add our logo. Because of our time constraints we were unable to wait an extra 2 weeks for a logo to be proofed by a third party and added to our design so it was a bit disappointing we were unable to have the logo on the award. Also, the only area a customer has to add a logo etch is a space at the bottom of all of the text on the award. IMO as a graphic designer, placement would be better suited at the top of the award. Upon receiving, there was ample room for a logo at the top. There was also a bit of an issue with the proofing stage. When adding just text, the instructions say to initial a box acknowledging I've proofread the text I submitted. That should have been it, and that should have set the production into motion after payment. However it did not, and I received an email which was asking for secondary proofing. I was out of the office for several days and by the time I saw the email and called in to ask why it needed secondary proofing, the job was in jeopardy of not being completed in time. The customer service representative was apologetic and was able to speed the job through for me. I received the award a day before I needed to present it.
