Great product, response, and shipment. Starfish Award received by our award winner, and the starfish was broken off and had to be repaired with glue. When asked if it was packaged well, they said yes, however, the Starfish had fallen off nonetheless. 2-star for product damage on a 5-star product we have used prior.
