Great product, response, and shipment. Starfish Award received by our award winner, and the starfish was broken off and had to be repaired with glue. When asked if it was packaged well, they said yes, however, the Starfish had fallen off nonetheless. 2-star for product damage on a 5-star product we have used prior.

This is the second year in a row that our school district has used this award. It is very high quality. I was having trouble with placing the order online and called customer service and they were extremely kind and courteous. They took the order over the phone and e-mailed the proof for my approval. We received it in three days.
