The overall process was easy and convenient. The proof took a little longer than I expected (3 business days). They missed one of the notes I listed in the special instructions so I had to deny the proof and ask again for the extra line to be added but the process was fairly quick. Once approved, I received the award very quickly. The clock was set upside down, so I was pretty concerned when I received it, but after calling customer service I was told that you could pop it out and reposition it. Not a huge deal but I think whoever is checking for quality control should make sure the clock is placed correctly to avoid any panic or having customers call in. Overall I would recommend the product.
