the fact that it does not include the pen is just not acceptable because now you have to buy a pen that match. they should show the picture of the item WITHOUT THE PEN as to not confuse customers. NOT happy that I purchased and there is no pen .

We needed something nice, within budget, my boss gave me a suggestion, then I showed him what Baudville could do for the same price and here we are. Baudville has been my choice for a while because they NEVER disappoint.

This item is very nice looking. Engraving was correct and all arrived in excellent condition. The only improvement I would suggest is offering a selection of pens to choose from to be included. This would save the step of having to buy pens to include in the presentation to the recipients.
