I found this website and ordered three trophies that looked beautiful. The estimated delivery date showed they would arrive two days before my event, and the website stated that orders ship the next day, so I assumed everything would go smoothly.

I placed the order on a Thursday, but on Friday I did not receive any shipping notification. Over the weekend, I tried calling but they were not available. When I called again on Monday, the representative was very kind and informed me that the trophies had not yet been shipped. She said they would place a rush order to ship them on Tuesday so they would arrive on Wednesday. Since my event was on Thursday, I understood that although the timing was tight, they would still arrive in time.

Unfortunately, the trophies did not arrive on Wednesday and were finally delivered on Thursday, after the event had already ended. As a result, I was unable to present the trophies in person during the event and had to coordinate separate deliveries with the recipients afterward, which was not the experience I had planned.
