I received it and it was great. However, when opening it up and inspecting it, there was a sticky substance on the front, bottom, near the engraving. It looked like residue from a 'sticker', but it was VERY difficult to come off. Was it cause to send it back? No. But I was disappointed that I had to scrub it off before I could wrap it. When we are already rushing for time in a business, having to stop to do this extra step was not appreciated.
