This trophy is quality - heavy like I was hoping and it looks so nice! I needed to order one more and customer service (through email) got back to me and upon my request was going to place the order for me without me having to go back online to do it myself. They were very responsive, and the site was very intuitive/user friendly. I paid for faster delivery of priority/2 days, and my items took about one week total to arrive from order to receiving. So it takes a day or two for them to prep the proof and send it to you, then to prepare the trophy once you approve the proof before shipping. The trophy was pricy but the quality isn’t disappointing. Still, would have loved this to be $75-80 vs $99. Our employees will not be disappointed!
