Our Company Department has purchased this award since 2018. It's quite sharp and our award winners are always very happy to receive it. This year there was a minor snafu due to the website changeover but customer service is excellent. Special shout out to Roy for understanding our problem and working with us to resolve it. He is fantastic. He was kind, patient, and efficient. 5 stars + and with all of that, Baudville got our award to us on time. We're very happy!
