What are Baudville’s shipping rates and policies?

Shipping costs vary based on destination and delivery timeline. International orders (especially Canada) incur surcharges: 18% for Canada, minimum $23.99 for all international orders. Shipping depends on order weight and distance.

Does Baudville ship internationally?

Yes. All Canadian orders incur an 18% surcharge for duties. All other international orders have a minimum $23.99 surcharge. GST, HST, PST (except Canada) are your responsibility.

Is rush shipping available?

Yes, on request. Additional fees apply. Call 1.800.728.0888 for rush orders.

When will my order ship?

In-stock items ordered before 6pm ET ship same business day (Mon-Fri).

Personalized items ship same-day if approved by 3pm ET.

Custom/logo orders do not ship same-day.

Canadian orders ship Mon/Wed/Fri.

We stand behind our products, period. If you need to return an unused , non-personalized or non-custom product for any reason, we’ll be happy to credit your account, exchange the item, or give you a refund for the cost of the merchandise, if returned within 30 days from receipt of your order.

Net 30 Payment Term: Unless a school or government agency, only orders of $500+ may be placed on a Net 30 payment term. Please allow 2-business days for order processing. For faster service, please include the Priority Code from the back of your catalogue or your Customer Number.
