Good quality, great customer service
We used the award to honor two long-term staff members. Good quality, nice box included. Two things to know: the box has the Baudville name splashed across the top, and the verse is not engraved, but embossed on the back of the award and seemed like if you rubbed hard it might come off. Otherwise, very happy with this sight-unseen purchase.
