Great Addition to our Recognition Toolbox
We have been using these Pocket Praise cards (all the different varieties) for several years to go along with the Cheeerful Change (gold & silver) coins. Our staff recognize coworkers with a brief note and a coin. the receipient trades the coin in for a candy bar, snack, gum, mints, etc. We really enjoy the various sayings and when the stock runs low, the staff brings it to our attention right away!! Great product

High Praise!

Great Idea
We use to give out regular size cards to the employee but noticed the card usually ended up in the trash. These cards are small and have been set on top of their computer monitors and not just thrown away.

Wonderful Spontaneous Praise
I purchased a couple of boxes of these for a recognition dinner for approximately 50 people. I also purchased the smiley pens. I folded the cards and placed 10 or so at each table in the center around the arrangement and placed a smiley pen at each place setting. Everyone immediately knew what to do and began recognizing others in the room. They kept asking for more cards and enjoyed this very much.

These were much smaller than expected
although the cards were smaller than I thought they would be they were very well received and I would buy them again and recommend them for the day to day recognition process.
