We gave these as recognition to our chairs of our committees and board of directors. They were as pictured and looked nice with our personalization (logo and text). My only complaint is that the base is pretty narrow for how high the award is

Our committee searched long and hard for a trophy that would demonstrate how special OUR Employee of the Year was. This trophy HIT THE MARK! Con: The trophy comes packed in a gift box;however the gift box is wrapped in brown paper-which is NOT protective. Our first trophy was broken when we received it. I do HAVE to say I immediately called Baudville who had another trophy (design and all) resent and was here the NEXT MORNING! So thank you to the entire Baudville Team.
