This is an awesome gift to recognize someone who has really done an outstanding job. We use this only for huge accomplishments or retirement. It's classy looking, and elegant- and I love that you can customize the words and add your logo. The only thing i dont like is that its hard to read the incription if not set against a color background.

AWESOME Custom Crystal Trophy
We had the custom trophy made to look like another trophy we already had... we gave it to our summer interns as a special good-bye gift, & have decided to continue to give them for employees that leave us.
