the fact that it does not include the pen is just not acceptable because now you have to buy a pen that match. they should show the picture of the item WITHOUT THE PEN as to not confuse customers. NOT happy that I purchased and there is no pen .

Great Customer service and communication throughout the process. Beautiful product, Amazing delivery time - even with customizing and company logo!. We needed something nice, within budget, my boss gave me a suggestion, then I showed him what Baudville could do for the same price and here we are. This item is very nice looking. Engraving was correct and all arrived in excellent condition. The only improvement I would suggest is offering a selection of pens to choose from to be included. This would save the step of having to buy pens to include in the presentation to the recipients.
