    Rush Order? No Problem. Baudville Came Through!

    We ordered the bamboo Travel Cable Kits as a giveaway for our national tradeshow, and Baudville knocked it out of the park! The product itself is sleek, useful, and felt premium in person. The customization turned out perfectly — our logo was sharp and well-placed — and it really helped elevate our booth presence. The logo was slightly larger than the proof, but it ended up looking great.

    Special shoutout to our customer service rep, Keri, who was fantastic from start to finish. We had a tight turnaround, and she kept us informed every step of the way, making sure everything stayed on track. That kind of proactive communication made a big difference.

    The only small hiccup we encountered was that around 10% of the bamboo lids were stuck and needed a little help to open (nothing a credit card couldn’t fix), but overall, we were extremely happy with the order and the service. Would definitely work with Baudville again!
