Get a better quality one, this isn't one I'm proud to give.
We bought these (one and two yr pins) to start recognizing employee's anniversaries with the company. When they arrived, we saw how small they are and how 'cheap' they look compared to the magazine and the website. We only bought 6 pins, so once we get feedback from the recipients/other employees, I may adjust the rating; but for now, I am not happy with them. We all have to start somewhere. Perhaps ask for a sample of it before you buy it.

Great Quality, Fast Service
The Anniversary Pins work so well. We can order one or as many as we want and they are always in stock. We attach them to corporate apparel and present them at an annual party for all employees.

Nice item
One of several pins we use to recognize milestone years for our fire dept volunteers. Very nice look. My only complaint would be that the shaft of the pin and cap for it are sometimes too bulky when pinned on the shoulder of a garment rather than a collar.

Great product for small budgets
We are a small agency with an even smaller budget for staff recognition. With this product we are able to recognize years of service at an employee event and present them with a small token of our appreciation. While the token is small the recognition is large and the appreciation is even larger!
