Don't Order!
We have had to reorder this product 4 times!!!! Every time it has arrived DAMAGED. Whomever is responsible for QA is clearly not receiving the message, since the plastic part on this clock is consistently cracked in half. What was intended to be a nice gift for a honored employee has turned into a headache! We still don't have a useable product.

3rd time was the charm
The 1st 2 clocks were recd broken...the plastic disc on the back of the clock...sure is a shame that you are unable to ship just that disc...it took $300 value worth of clocks shipped to me to get one that arrived unbroken. Could have been such an easy fix to ship the plastic disc. Also, the box that the clock is shipped in is not deep enough...the top of the box wobbles due to the contents being too big. If the shipping container gets pushed on - then the top of the box pushes on the stem that causes the plastic disc to crack and break. Sometimes the gift bags are not big enough for the items purchased. The crystal clock only fit in the bag first with the tissue being added later on the sides. Just a wee bit too small. The clock itself is absolutely beautiful! Solid, heavy and this person recd 3 of them for her home! Nothing wrong with the clock just the damaged plastic disk on the back, which cannot be seen from the front of the clock. But I could not give this person who spent 18 years on our board a damaged product.

Beautiful Clock!
The Executive Crystal Skeleton Clock is beautiful. We gave it as a gift to an executive in our company who was leaving. Our logo, his name and years of service were all added on the clock. We were very pleased with the finished product.
