My order was delivered quickly with good tracking updates. When I opened the package my first word was "Wow!" The certificates were beautiful - loved the Rainbow colors and the paper quality was excellent. The certificates were used to congratulate our agility club members on their 2014 titles. Everyone loved their certificates and "top shelf" and "professional" were used to describe them. I did find that using them on a laser printer was not ideal; the heat made the foil warp - it created an interesting design so they could have been used if I wanted. Fortunately I had other printers available (inkjet & other type color printer) so I was able to print without warping the foil. I am thrilled with the product, price was reasonable for the quality, and the shipping was prompt. I look forward to doing business with Baudville again.

Note: If printing on a laser printer, definitely change the print settings to cardstock, otherwise; the ink may smear.
