Great product, BUT quality not there
We love this product & have used it for the past several years. Last year we had an issue with quality - the metal came through with lots of nicks & scratches in it, and we ended up having to reorder TWICE. We thought perhaps it was just a "bad batch". However, we ordered again this year and had the same issues with the quality. So unfortunately, we will not be ordering again in the future.

Praises for the Praise Puzzle
We are giving these to the entire team at the end of the year to show our appreciation for each individual. The puzzle piece is the perfect size, heavy and interactive. I love that the pieces are actually a puzzle. We're were able to add our logo to the "you're an essential piece" message and it looks great. I am very happy with this product, as was the executive team that requested it.

Great Quality but too small
I loved this trophy and think it's great quality, but you should emphasize that it's smaller then most trophies. I would add the dimensions to the front of the product page...

Product is great. Some were scratched. Completing the online form is a bit of a hassle since there aren't too many spots to ask questions regarding customization.

Praise Puzzle - Essential Piece
We are using this to give our International Chorus Director for 4 part acopalla harmony. The 4 surrounding pieces signify the 4 parts and she is the center of our unit. To add engraving was too expensive to be done through Baudville, but I took it elsewhere and had it done for a reasonable cost. It will be a gift from our group.
