I love the jade glass trophy. Our alumni who received the award was very impressed. The only problem I had with the entire order was that I ordered 2 trophies and one of them had the incorrect information on it even though the proof was correct. When I received the order I immediately called and the customer service dept was extremely helpful. We re-ordered the trophy with the correct info and when I received the proof it was still wrong. Not sure what is going on with your graphic or engraving dept but it definitely has a problem that needs to be addressed.

Nice Appeal
This is a very nice award, but not as prestigious as the one I originally ordered for the Anniversary category. I would use this more for daily recognition or as a special honorary award for someone.
