The only reason for a 4 star is that they made it wrong the first time and if I'd been in a time bind, that would have been bad but I wasn't so it worked out OK. The customer service was excellent about getting the replacement to me immediately. And the plaque itself was super. Got all kinds of comments about it.

This plaque was presented at a science conference to the person who organized the event. Baudville customer service was wonderful! They made sure that a proof was submitted to the production team and that the award was finished and delivered to us very quickly! It was great work, from beginning to end. The reason I gave it a 4 is because I ordered this piece along with the wood plaque and I was more impressed with the wood plaque than this one. But, I do have to say this piece does look nice and professional.

Worth it
For a walnut grain plaque, I think this one portrays a very classy look. I was hesitent at first but it's solid and looks very professional when engraved. A great product, I would recommend it.
