Great Customer Service After Problem
We ordered customized pen/pencil sets. The items were delivered quickly and all personalization was correct. Unfortunately, two of the pens (out of 20 sets)were not working. I called to report the problem and the customer service I received was a very positive experience. They rushed me replacement pens and were extremely apologetic about the issue.

A Very Nice Gift
We have decided to use this as a departure gift for our graduate hall director staff after working for the department 2-3 years. It went over very well this year and now has set a tone of consistency for end of the year recognition. We like that we can select different themes depending on our annual theme or make it specific to a person.
