Great customer service!
There was a misunderstanding with my order but it was corrected immediately. Order lapel pins with years of service and company name but received with company name only. They were replaced.

Very Professional
We had used the same service awards for years. Recently in an effort to reduce expenses we decided to change the style to a less expensive version. When we received the pins from Baudville I was so impressed! For less than half of the cost of our previous pins (which only had the number of years and a tiny crystal gemstone) we received a much larger, heavier pin that included the company name as well as years of service and the employee's name! The employees loved them and so do I! Now we can spend some of the savings on more recognition for our great team!!!

Basic Black
Every year in December we recognize our staff & workers for their service. On certain anniversaries, e.g., 5, 10, 15, etc., they are awarded a lapel pin. For their years of service up to 10 years, they are awarded the black personalized anniversary pin. We have their name printed large and their title small. They are the perfect size for men and women and display nicely.

The pin was purchased for each employee to wear on their lapel to celebrate our 50th year in business (drug store). The product has a nice weight and feel to it...looks much more expensive that actual cost!
