Still an issue for me!
Since your website was updated several months ago, I have been expressing my displeasure and concerns that when I choose the large font during the personalizing process, the small font shows up. I have been going through the agony monthly of getting assistance with my orders and this takes SOOO Much time! Yesterday I decided that since I had 8 items to order I was going to attempt to do it the normal way with a note saying please make sure that the font is the large font. We will see if that worked when I receive my order. JUST FIX THIS ALREADY!!!

I love the product and customer service is great. Last month when I went online to order, when I was personalizing, I chose the large A for large font but the preview did not change from the small the the large. I was unsure whether the change actually was effective or not so I did a live chat. This turned into the CS agent ordering for me, sending actual proofs that had to be approved, etc. Much more time consuming than if I were able to just order and be sure of what I was getting. I checked this week and it is still working improperly so I chatted again and expressed my concern. I hope this gets resolved soon or I may have to find another supplier for convenience sake, Sandy

Great to have it back!

Beautiful Work
I was placing my usual order for anniversary pins when I was this personalized version. It was perfect for a 10 year recognition and adding our logo was so easy. Working with the production staff and having the proofs sent showed the expert skills that Baudville staff has continually provided.

maybe change the lettering - darker font
suggest making the letters darker without having to customize - the white letters don't stand out and we have to move pin to even see the names.

I would buy this product again
We used this product for anniversary pins for employees and added the employee's name across the banner and our company name and # year of service to the middle, between the employee's name and the word ANNIVERSARY at the top. We are very happy with the results and will continue ordering each year.

Very Nice Pin for Recognizing Milestones
We were looking for a pin that we could use to recognize long service with our employees. This fit the bill nicely. Using the blank center, we opted to use our own logo instead of the anniversary number. We had our employees' names and start dates engraved on the banner. They were a hit with the staff and a good quality product. One word of caution...if you decide to engrave two lines in the banner, the font is quite small and a little difficult to read. Aside from that, it's a very nice recognition piece.

The pins look exactly as described, they were done quickly and correctly, can't ask for more! It should be noted that the engraving only comes in one color, no choice but that was fine for us. The employees really liked them.

I am recognizing all my Staffing with a engraved 1st Anniversary/ Recognition Pin. Others will see them wearing it proudly, and ask how/where they got i,t and I will get more Applicant's in my Business. Only one name was misspelled, but that was quickly redone to my 100% satisfaction in plenty of time for the party. Thank you.

No one's perfect.
My Staffing will wear their pins proudly, showing their names, and the years of Service they've been with the Company. These will be a constant reminder to my Staffing how much this great Company appreciated their efforts all year long! The one pin was improperly engraved, but that was taken care of immediately. Thank you. Upon looking over the blue boxes the pins just about fit inside, but the box does not close 100%. If this could be corrected by next year, I will be buying more then I did this year since the Company is growing. I am giving a Party once a year to recognize my Staffing for their efforts. Quality look at a value price
It,s a great lookoin pin and the quality is great.The only disapointment is the engraved area does't show up well in gold on gold. I think it would be better if the engraved type was black on gold.

I liked it even better than it looked!
In comparison to previous ones, these are a bit more substantial and ornate. Employees who received the old ones like these better. For my part, I wish they were a little more contemporary, but I'm very happy with them.
