Beautiful trophy
Purchased as a recognition gift for our company director. When I received the trophy there was a small chip in the bottom corner, I called Baudville and explained the box had a small dent and the trophy was chipped. They apologized profusely and sent a new trophy that I received within 2 days. Baudville was so quick to fix an issue that was no doubt caused by the shipping company that I would definitely order from them again.

We used the product to give to our elders that we wanted to recognize that dedicated so much of themself to our Tribe the product was great the production department making sure that we had what we ordered was NOT GOOD AT ALL, our ceremony was going great until we went to set-up the awards and find that we were missing one, becasue they made two with the dame name, the family was very upset that we had to give them a award with the wrong name and than take it back at the end and they has to wait another week for theirs (the award was for their mother who was no longer living)
